What are 'ghosts' and where do they come from?  'Ghosts' are, for the most part, the spirits of people or animals who once lived on this planet who choose to return to observe loved ones. The same cannot be said for all spirits, for some are here illegally!  Not all 'ghosts' are spirits. There are actually nine groups of paranormal 'visitors' and they are as follows:

Visiting Spirits

Spirits are allowed to 'visit' their loved ones when permission has been granted by their angels.  Permission can be granted for random or regular visits.

Earthbound Spirits

There are three main kinds of earthbound spirits.  The first kind are spirits who do not realize they are 'dead' or who refuse to acknowledge they have 'died'.

The second kind are spirits who request permission to 'return' shortly after 'death'.  This is usually because a loved one's grief is so overwhelming it holds them here for an undetermined period of time.  This is very common when children die before their parents for instance.

The third kind are spirits who are sent here on assignment by their angels to be with their loved ones during periods of crisis.

It is important to know that in each case an angel remains with all 'earthbound' or 'visiting'  spirits for as long as they as they are here.

Nature Spirits

These are 'spirits' of nature often referred to as fairies or nature's angels.

Sea Spirits

These are ocean 'spirits' also known as sea angels.

Wayward Spirits

Wayward spirits are entities who travel between dimensions unauthorized.  Poltergeists fall under this heading.  Not all wayward spirits are bad, some are mischievous, but most are up to no good.

Demon Spirits

'Demon' spirits are outcasts of the afterlife.  They can best be equated to escaped convicts who are dealt with most harshly when returned to their place of confinement.

Angels

Angels are frequently mistaken for 'ghosts' or spirits!  Angels rarely appear before us with 'wings', but as regular people just like us.  You see angels do not actually have wings even though this is how they have always been depicted.  The wings are symbolic, they represent peace.

Guides

Guides like angels are often mistaken for 'ghosts' or spirits.  For the most part our guides look just like we do, so it is an easy mistake to make.

Extra Terrestrials

As the name implies these are 'visitors' whose origins are not from this planet.  Extra terrestrials are rarely seen, except when they wish to make contact with loved ones here on Earth.
